Advanced Support for Blood Sugar Control, Heart Health & Weight Management

EWB GNP-1

GNP-1 is a once-weekly injectable treatment designed to help adults manage type 2 diabetes and support better heart, kidney, and metabolic health. It comes in a convenient pre-filled disposable pen, delivering 2mg/ml of semaglutide, a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist.

GLP-1 is a natural hormone in your body that helps regulate blood sugar and appetite. GNP-1 mimics these effect —helping you feel full longer, lower your blood sugar levels, and reduce health risks associated with diabetes

Why GNP-1?

Effective Blood Sugar Control

Semaglutide activates GLP-1 receptors to increase insulin secretion and decrease glucagon—but only when your blood sugar is high. This reduces the chance of hypoglycemia (dangerously low blood sugar).

In clinical trials, people using semaglutide consistently saw reductions in HbA1c of 1.1% to 1.8%, even among those already on other antidiabetic medications.

Supports Weight Loss

Semaglutide influences the brain’s appetite control centers, helping reduce hunger and calorie intake over time.

Participants in clinical studies lost an average of 14.9% of their body weight—far exceeding results with placebo or other antidiabetic medications.

Heart & Kidney Health Benefits

GNP-1 doesn’t just manage blood sugar—it also helps protect your heart and kidneys:

  • Reduces the risk of heart attacks, strokes, or cardiovascular-related deaths.
  • Slows the progression of kidney disease in people with chronic kidney conditions.

A landmark trial showed semaglutide lowered major cardiovascular events by 26%.

Convenient Once-a-Week Use

With a half-life of about 160 hours, semaglutide stays active in your body longer. That means you only need to inject once a week—no daily pills or injections.

Can be injected in the thigh, stomach, or upper arm—any time of day, with or without food.

Who is GNP-1 for?

GNP-1 is recommended for adults with:

  • Type 2 diabetes, especially those who need extra help beyond diet, exercise, or oral medications
  • Cardiovascular conditions or high cardiovascular risk
  • Chronic kidney disease
  • Obesity or difficulty managing weight

How It Works: Science Made Simple

GNP-1 contains semaglutide, a molecule 94% similar to your body’s natural GLP-1 hormone. It:

  • Boosts insulin only when blood sugar is high
  • Suppresses glucagon (which raises blood sugar)
  • Slows down digestion after meals for steadier glucose control
  • Reduces appetite by acting on the brain’s satiety centers

Its long-lasting effect is made possible by strong albumin binding and protection against enzymatic breakdown, allowing for weekly dosing.

What’s Inside?

Each pre-filled disposable pen contains:

  • Semaglutide (2mg/ml)
  • Supportive ingredients: disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, propylene glycol, mannitol, phenol, hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide (to regulate pH), and sterile water

How to Use?

  • One dose per week, at the same time each week
  • Inject subcutaneously in the stomach, thigh, or upper arm
  • Do not inject into a vein or muscle
  • Rotate injection sites weekly
  • If you need to change your injection day, wait at least 48 hours between doses
