EWB GNP-1
EWB GNP-1
GNP-1 is a once-weekly injectable treatment designed to help adults manage type 2 diabetes and support better heart, kidney, and metabolic health. It comes in a convenient pre-filled disposable pen, delivering 2mg/ml of semaglutide, a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist.
GLP-1 is a natural hormone in your body that helps regulate blood sugar and appetite. GNP-1 mimics these effect —helping you feel full longer, lower your blood sugar levels, and reduce health risks associated with diabetes

Why GNP-1?
Effective Blood Sugar Control
Semaglutide activates GLP-1 receptors to increase insulin secretion and decrease glucagon—but only when your blood sugar is high. This reduces the chance of hypoglycemia (dangerously low blood sugar).
In clinical trials, people using semaglutide consistently saw reductions in HbA1c of 1.1% to 1.8%, even among those already on other antidiabetic medications.
Supports Weight Loss
Semaglutide influences the brain’s appetite control centers, helping reduce hunger and calorie intake over time.
Participants in clinical studies lost an average of 14.9% of their body weight—far exceeding results with placebo or other antidiabetic medications.
Heart & Kidney Health Benefits
GNP-1 doesn’t just manage blood sugar—it also helps protect your heart and kidneys:
- Reduces the risk of heart attacks, strokes, or cardiovascular-related deaths.
- Slows the progression of kidney disease in people with chronic kidney conditions.
A landmark trial showed semaglutide lowered major cardiovascular events by 26%.
Convenient Once-a-Week Use
With a half-life of about 160 hours, semaglutide stays active in your body longer. That means you only need to inject once a week—no daily pills or injections.
Can be injected in the thigh, stomach, or upper arm—any time of day, with or without food.
